At yourworldexchange, we understand that sometimes plans change. This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel an order and under what conditions cancellations are accepted.
1. Order Cancellation Before Shipping
You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it as long as the order has not been processed or shipped.

- Reason for cancellation
If the order has not entered processing, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
2. Orders Already Processed
Once your order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
However, you may still:
- Refuse the package upon delivery, or
- Request a return after receiving the item (according to our Return Policy)
In these cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product has a quality issue.
3. Pre-order or Customized Items
For personalized or made-to-order products:
- Orders cannot be canceled after production has started.
- If production has not started yet, we may still be able to cancel—please contact us as soon as possible.
4. Refund After Cancellation
If your cancellation is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time is 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is completed.
5. Failed Delivery / Refused Delivery
If a package is returned to us due to:
- Wrong address
- Unreachable recipient
- Refused delivery
We can:
- Reship the order (customer pays reshipping fee), or
- Issue a refund minus shipping costs for non-quality-related reasons.
